CANCELLATION POLICY
All class, course, membership and appointment fees are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the provider: Allegra Pilates.
SESSION CANCELLATIONS
All group classes: bookings can be cancelled as little as 12 hours prior to the class commencing. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to a class commencing, full fee is forfeited / no session credit available. For Unlimited Memberships, $10 late cancellation / no show fee applies.
For Private lessons & Appointments, bookings can be cancelled as little as 24 hours prior to session commencing. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the session commencing, full fee is forfeited / no session credit available.
MEMBERSHIPS
Weekly memberships are auto-renewing, and will be automatically debited to your chosen credit account on the day of the week you established the membership.
Memberships can be paused or cancelled - no lock in period, please contact Allegra Pilates at least 7 days prior to the date you wish to pause or cancel, to allow for processing. Minimum pause period: 1 week (1 payment cycle).
Your membership can only be used to book sessions for yourself and may not be shared with another person.
Unused sessions do rollover and remain available for a 1 month period.
Valid for all classes on the Allegra Pilates schedule with the exception of Private lessons, and 6 week Intro to Reformer courses.
Please book sessions via the website or app, and the 12 hour cancellation period applies.
For unlimited memberships: late cancellations and no shows will incur a $10 fee per class.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All new participants will be required to fill out and sign a waiver stating that you are in good physical condition and able to participate in exercise activities safely.
All participants are required to disclose to the instructor prior to the class commencing, any pre-existing conditions that may place them at a higher risk of injury or inhibit their ability to participate in Pilates, including but not limited to injuries, pain or recent surgery, respiratory or heart conditions, or high blood pressure. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a Doctor's clearance stating that you are safe to participate in exercise (this will be required for post-partum clients, particularly those who are less than 8 weeks post-partum).
Any prenatal participants are required to disclose their pregnancy to the instructor by at least 16 weeks gestation as some Pilates movements will be unsafe to perform past this point (your instructor will offer prenatal-friendly modifications as necessary).
If you are experiencing any Covid-related symptoms, please do NOT attend the studio. Anyone presenting with any obvious symptoms will be asked to leave.
For health & safety, please wear clean grip socks to all classes. A clean towel or reformer mat is also highly recommended, though sanitising wipes are supplied at each class. (Grip socks and reformer mats are available for purchase at the studio).
Please do not attend classes with transferable fake tan or any loose / sharp jewellery that may catch on the equipment. Loose jewellery and long hair can be a serious safety hazard on reformers - please prepare accordingly.
Any children or additional persons accompanying you to the studio are your responsibility at all times. Whilst utmost care is taken, there is some risk involved, and Allegra Pilates accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any and all information provided by clients (either in writing on our waiver forms, or disclosed in person in relation to physical health, surgery, pregnancy etc.) is held in strict confidence and will not be shared to any third party except within the instructor staff of Allegra Pilates.
Booking and payment information is processed on a secure, encrypted server, and will not be shared with any external sources outside of Allegra Pilates.
